Book Appointment

Booking Options
You can book your appointment online or over the phone.

Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to choose your services and color.
  • If you are running 10 minutes or more late, please CALL the salon so we can accommodate your reservation.
  • If you arrive 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be canceled.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show for a scheduled service, future bookings may require a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • There is no cancellation fee for individual appointments, but we ask that you let us know if you cannot make it.

Group Bookings

  • For group reservations, please contact the salon in advance.

Special Requests

  • Additional charges may apply depending on services.

Health or Non-Standard Conditions

  • The appointment may be rescheduled or declined due to health conditions.
  • Any unusual condition must be mentioned before the service.

Personal Property

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Service Rights
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Gratuities

Gratuities are welcome and greatly appreciated. If you are satisfied with your service, you may tip your technician in cash or with a check addressed directly to them.

Children

To provide a complete and relaxing experience to our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services with that parent.

Personal Possessions

We suggest that you leave all valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return unopened products for store credit within 10 days. Only unopened merchandise may be returned. No cash refunds or returns are allowed on gift cards.

Nails Repairs

We offer complimentary fixes for polish or nail issues within 7 days of your original service. Please contact the salon if a repair is needed. Repairs due to accidents, breakage, or design changes will be charged. Any repairs longer than 7 days will incur additional fees.

Gift Card

Available in any denomination for services or products. Gift cards are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged cards.

Cancellations

Please give us a 24-hour cancellation notice whenever possible. When guests arrive late, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard personal checks are not accepted. Minimum credit card charge is $10.

VIP Cards

Earn points toward future services with our VIP card. For each $100 bonus point is $5 discount. Points will be added to services only and cannot be exchanged for cash or products. All personal information provided will remain confidential.

Health Disclosures

For your health and safety, please inform your technician or esthetician if you have any medical concerns such as allergies, recent surgery, injuries, or if you are pregnant.

Military Discount

All military personnel may receive discount coupons in order to receive discounts. Coupons should be obtained after service. This is our way of showing our appreciation.
